This is Invergeldie Estate: 11,700 acres of Perthshire Highland at the beginning of one of the UK’s most ambitious landscape-scale nature restoration projects, guided by Oxygen Conservation. Two carefully renovated eco-tourism properties sit within it, each with its own character and its own place in the glen. Invergeldie Farmhouse sits deep in the glen, offering ultimate relaxation for eight guests. Renovated with genuine ambition and a level of finish that feels entirely at home in its landscape, you will not want to leave this beautiful stone Farmhouse.
Fintullich is its quieter counterpart: a traditional stone bungalow, three bedrooms, intimate and beautifully considered. Different in scale and character, both are the kind of places that make you want to stay longer than planned

Are you ready for your next escape?

Glen Lednock and the wider Perthshire Highlands offer some of the finest outdoor country in Scotland. Walk from the door onto open mountain terrain, tackle the bouldering routes above the glen, swim in the River Lednock, paddle the loch, and watch for wildlife that is slowly, purposefully returning to a landscape in recovery. Comrie Croft, one of Scotland’s most celebrated mountain biking trail centres, is minutes down the road. Gleneagles is thirty minutes away. The Highlands, in every direction, are on your doorstep.
