There is ample private, gated parking next to both propeties, and a large parking area across the track from the Farmhouse. The Farmhouse and Fintullich both have an EV charging point for an additional cost.

The Farmhouse: Invergeldie Farmhouse sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms.

Fintullich: The bungalow sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.

All four bedrooms in the farmhouse have zip-and-link beds, configurable as king-size doubles or separated into twin singles. All three bedrooms in Fintullich are also zip-and-link. Please let us know your preference when booking.

Yes. Both properties are dog friendly. The private enclosed gardens, boot rooms with direct garden access, and the surrounding estate make them ideal for guests travelling with dogs. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beds or sofas. During bird nesting season, from 31st March to 31st August, we ask that all dogs are kept on leads across the estate to protect the ground-nesting birds that are central to our conservation work at Invergeldie.

We also ask that you please keep your dog on the lead around any livestock and wildlife you may come across to avoid accident and keep everyone safe on the estate.

Yes. The farmhouse has a dedicated children’s playroom stocked with books and toys, and the estate and surrounding landscape offer excellent family walks, wildlife spotting, and activities. On arrival, younger guests receive a bespoke estate nature spotter’s checklist. Two cots and two highchairs are available in each property, please let the team know if you will be requiring any of these.

Yes, we have a collection of chefs who can come to your cottage and prepare a luxury three course dinner for a special occasion, or if you just feel like treating yourself!

Comrie village is approximately 10 minutes away with local shops, an award winning butcher, a deli, and a bakery. Crieff, approximately 20 minutes, has a full range of larger supermarkets and shops.
