Opening Autumn 2026 – The beautifully restored Invergeldie Farmhouse offers exceptional accommodation for up to eight guests in the heart of the Perthshire Highlands. Ideal for groups seeking a genuinely remote and restorative escape, the farmhouse combines considered interiors with authentic Highland character throughout. Four individually decorated bedrooms each carry their own distinct mood, united by quality furnishings and a warmth that makes the house feel immediately like home.

The generous kitchen and dining room sit at the heart of the house, purpose-built for long evenings together, while a selection of reception rooms offer something for every hour of the day: a bright sitting room with log burner for lazy afternoons, and a deep snug lined with books and leather armchairs for those who want something quieter.

Outside, a fenced lawned garden welcomes dogs and younger guests alike, while the fire pit and outdoor dining area come into their own on long Perthshire evenings. All of this sits within Invergeldie Estate, 11,700 acres at the head of Glen Lednock, where one of Scotland’s most ambitious landscape-scale nature restoration projects is quietly underway.

The farmhouse has three bathrooms, one on the ground floor, one off the mid landing and one off the main landing.

  • Comrie Croft: One of Scotland’s most celebrated mountain biking trail centres, with an extensive network winding through oak woodland past waterfalls and Pictish standing stones.

Charming Comrie: Explore the nearby village of Comrie, known locally as ‘the shaky toun’ for its position on the Highland Boundary Fault, and home to:

The Royal Hotel in Comrie is the nearest local institution, just ten minutes from the farmhouse. Don’t stop there though, as The Deil’s Cauldron offers a proper dinner out beside its spectacular gorge walk.

Immerse Yourself in Nature: Explore the beauty of the surrounding glen with walks starting right from the farmhouse door or venture further afield to Ben Chonzie, the nearest Munro. Whether you prefer a gentle amble along the River Lednock or a more serious ridge route with wide views across Perthshire, there’s a trail for every adventurer, with route maps and difficulty guides provided at the farmhouse. Take the opportunity to connect with a landscape actively in recovery, but please remember to leave no trace behind, respecting the environment that surrounds you.
