Opening Autumn 2026 – The newly restored Fintullich cottage offers intimate, beautifully appointed accommodation for up to six guests, nestled within the breathtaking landscape of Glen Lednock on the Invergeldie Estate in Perthshire. Ideal for smaller groups and families looking to truly escape, this three-bedroom bungalow has been thoughtfully redesigned from the ground up, blending warm Highland character with considered modern comfort throughout.

Inside, each room has been individually styled to feel both grounded in its surroundings and genuinely welcoming. The kitchen, dressed in soft slate-blue cabinetry with brass fittings and a farmhouse sink, is as practical as it is handsome. A dedicated larder keeps everything organised, while the family room provides a relaxed dining space with built-in seating and views of the glen. The living room invites you to slow down entirely, with deep sofas, layered textures, and an atmosphere that feels every bit as rugged and refined as the landscape outside.

The three bedrooms each carry their own quiet personality, from the soft neutrals of the principal room to the earthy sage and linen tones of the others, all dressed in quality linens and finished with care. A single well-appointed bathroom serves the cottage.

Sitting within one of Scotland’s most ambitious rewilding landscapes, Fintullich is far more than a place to stay. Guests wake to the sights and sounds of a natural world in recovery, with miles of open moorland, restored watercourses, and native woodland all on the doorstep.

Charming Comrie: Explore the nearby village of Comrie, known locally as ‘the shaky toun’ for its position on the Highland Boundary Fault, and home to:

  • Comrie Butchers and Hansen’s Kitchen: Award winning local produce and provisions for a day on the hill.
  • Shops, Pubs, and a Supermarket: A short drive to Crieff brings the full range of everyday amenities.

Lively Crieff: Venture to the larger town of Crieff and discover:

  • Glenturret Distillery: Scotland’s oldest working distillery, with tours, tastings, and a two Michelin starred restaurant in a setting that has been producing whisky since 1763.
  • For families seeking adventure, the Crieff Hydro estate offers kayaking and paddleboarding at Loch Earn Watersports Centre, plus archery and axe throwing at Action Glen.
  • There are events to enjoy throughout the year, with the Flambeaux fire festival in nearby Comrie lighting up the January calendar.

The Royal Hotel in Comrie is the nearest local institution, just ten minutes from the farmhouse. Don’t stop there though, as The Deil’s Cauldron offers a proper dinner out beside its spectacular gorge walk.

Immerse Yourself in Nature: Explore the beauty of the surrounding glen with walks starting right from the farmhouse door or venture further afield to Ben Chonzie, the nearest Munro. Whether you prefer a gentle amble along the River Lednock or a more serious ridge route with wide views across Perthshire, there’s a trail for every adventurer, with route maps and difficulty guides provided at the farmhouse.
